Privacy Policy

ARAWON Co., Ltd. (the "Company") establishes and discloses this privacy policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect personal information and to handle related requests promptly.

1. Purpose of processing

The Company processes personal information to receive and review quote inquiries made on this website and to contact and reply to you. It is not used for any other purpose; if the purpose changes, your consent is asked for in advance.

2. Personal information processed

  • Required: name or company name (including a contact person, if given), contact details (a phone number, an email address, or both), and the inquiry
  • Optional: site location, preferred dates and other details you write in the inquiry
  • Created while handling the inquiry: a request number, the time of consent, and an irreversibly transformed value of your IP address (to prevent repeated submissions)

3. Retention period

  • Inquiry emails: up to three months from receipt. They are deleted without delay once no longer needed for the consultation, even before that period ends.
  • Records against repeated submissions: the transformed IP value becomes due for deletion after 10 minutes and the duplicate-submission record after 24 hours; both are deleted at the server’s regular cleanup. These records do not contain the inquiry.

4. Destruction

Personal information is destroyed without delay when its retention period ends or its purpose has been achieved. Inquiry emails are deleted from the inbox and the sent folder and then from the trash; electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered. Deleted information may remain for a period in the recovery and backup systems of the service providers before it is fully erased; the Company does not use it during that period.
